Photoshop CS4: Delete the window of the conditions of use each time you start

Today I want to show you how to remove a small but annoying problem may present a well-known program like Adobe Photoshop CS4 .
In some cases it may happen that you are subject to the terms of use when you start the program. Nothing too annoying, but since the solution to the problem is simple, why do not you apply?

Here for you:

1. Close the Photoshop program
   
2. Go to the folder C: \\ Program Files \\ Adobe \\ Adobe Photoshop CS4
3. adobe_eula.dll Rename the file in ~ adobe_eula. dll ;
4. Start Photoshop. The problem
